HOWL: we want to hear your voice!

The 2013 Spring edition of HOWL: The Voice of UNM Taos, is on the move again, and we want to hear your voice!

We are accepting submissions for the newest publication of HOWL, and we would like to see your artistic expression, whether it be in the form of poetry, a painting, prose writings, photography, or any other various forms of how you speak your mind. Our goal is to get the Taos community to share their talents so that we may feature your work(s) in the Spring pulication of HOWL, with a book release party in early May.

Our theme is synchronicity, and we want the community to show it's voice in unison, so we would appreciate it if you could add a short bio, describing yourself and and answering "what you do to synchronize with the community"All entries by you will be considered but we ask that you try and make a limit of 3 entries per submitter... If you happen to send in more than that, then it's no big deal, it is Taos after all. Please keep in mind that all entries must be submitted by the 12th of March.

You have multiple options when it comes to submitting your works, but take note that
Poetry and Prose are preferred in a Microsoft Word document, and the art works better as a pdf. file. This makes much it easier to incorporate your works into our layout.
  • Send an email to TaosHowl@gmail.com
  • Submit by way of our website, at sites.google.com/site/howlunmtaos, or better yet, just enter "UNM Taos HOWL" in your search bar
  • Bring your artwork to our photo shoot event on the 8th of March! [shoot location and time needed]

We hope to see your beautiful works be submitted to the Spring 2013 edition of HOWL: The Voice of UNM Taos. Things like this wouldn't be impossible, if not for our wonderful community, so thank you for reading this. We can't wait to hear from you!

~The HOWL Team.
