Students at the University of New Mexico-Taos:
Are you interested in transferring to the University of New Mexico-Albuquerque or into a Bachelor or Graduate Program through Extended University?
UNM-Taos will be hosting the Spring 2012 Transfer Fair on Tuesday March 6th, 2012. The event will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the snack bar at Klauer Campus, Pueblo Hall East. Representatives and advisors from a variety of UNM departments from Albuquerque and Taos will be on site to assist you with the transfer process. This event is for students interested in transferring into one of the UNM Bachelor or Graduate programs or for students just curious about exploring the possibility. Information about a variety of scholarships and degrees will be available!
The goal of the Spring 2012 Transfer Fair is to demystify the transfer process. This way when you do venture onto Main Campus, you have a contact and a safe place to ask questions and someone to turn to for information and resources.
Students interested in attending the event are encouraged to bring transcripts from all post-secondary institutions they have attended in order to maximize their experience. If you are not ready to apply at this time, you are welcome to come and talk with an Academic Advisor, and explore how you may be able to build upon the college work you have already completed.
